Anaelle is a beautiful girl and the daughter of a poor family. She wants to become a singer but his greedy father had other plans for her. On holidays, at a private villa, she had to work with her father’s friend and was asked to do pornographic video content. One day, large billboards are placed along the beaches asking her to contact a divine order that manages the chosens of Neyla. After some investigation, Anaëlle decided to contact them and they came to a private beach to meet with her. She joins the Order which builds a new house for her, connected to the sea, to help her interact with humans while letting her free. She even got singing teachers and a theater specially made for her.

Anaëlle can breathe as well underwater than on the surface, however she has to keep her lounges very humidified and drinks a lot when not in water. She can add mana to her voice to add magical effects that affect people mind and she can move water as she wishes, using it to protect herself, reach higher place or as a weapon.
