Since his youth, he had to take care of his younger sister. Their parents died in an accident and they were left alone. A friend of their parents helped them in this difficult time but Jack didn't want to rely too much on them and started to work from an early age. He now works as a teacher and likes to help children learn new things. Aside from his job, he likes playing video games which he often plays with his childhood friend and future step-brother. He and his relative register for the beta of a new game using a new technology, Brain-Link, allowing a full dive experience. Only Jack is selected and he will play the role of a paladin, corresponding to his tendency to help others and protect them.

In reality, Jack likes to teach joung children and guides then to a safe and steady life. He's cheerful and like to helps other in their time of need. His difficult past make him understand how important it is to have someone they can count one and help them in time of need. He take great care of his sister instead of his deceased parents and find some times to plays games in his free times.

In the game, he likes taking care of the children and protect them while their having fun playing in the game. He doesn't mind if they progress through the story or not as long as their having fun. He's a good listener and likes to give advices to others.
