Naomi was a young student who had her peaceful life disturbed by the Chaos, especially when a nuclear plant exploded after getting hit by an attack. As she was thinking she was dead and prayed to survive, she received the power to see and absorb radioactivity. She immediately understood the goddess Neyla gave her a power allowing her to solve the issue and rushed to where the nuclear plant was. She was surprised to see the damages where nothing in comparaison to a bomb and learned they are foundamentaly different. After having absorbed most of the radioactivity with some help from the authorities, she joined the Order and helps whith taks related to radioactivity and energy.

Naomi is a young, reckless and cheerful girl who likes playing games and studies programmation and physics. She is a competitive gamer with a dynamic and chearful personality who likes to play with others. She's also an attention seeker and likes being taken care of by others, especialy her boyfriend. She feels down when people avoiding her due to her radioactive look and seeks comfort in her boyfriend arms.

Naomi can absorb all radioactivity in her vicinity and store it in her body without any leakage. However, the more she store energy, the more energetic and restless she is. She can release radioactive beams as an attack as well as simple energy like electricity.
