Nelly had a genetic defect that prevented her arms from growing and forced since birth to live without arms. Her parents were poor and didn’t have money to pay for an operation and could only help her in her daily life. One day, they discovered a new cult that worships a goddess and her chosens and one of them has healing ability. However Nelly isn’t really wounded so the cult can’t heal her. But all hope isn’t lost, if a new chosen appears with the ability to modify genetics or if Nelly became a chosen herself. Nelly often came to pray at the church with her family until a day where their prayers were heard. She was chosen by Neyla, arms grew from her body as well as a tail and other changes. Since then she was venerated at the cult. However, her arms are controlled by the dragon and it is more the dragon than Nelly who receives the attention of the cult. Nelly has difficulty cooperating with the dragon who acts like a newborn at first.

When Nella fell in love with Sellen, Nelly wasn't sure how to act.

Later, Nella joins Mia's e-sport team with Sellen.
