As Neyla’s Order influences grow and the people grew restless due to the attacks of Chaos. A lot of people ask the Order to receive magic power. Rosalyn was one of their leader and was chosen. She received the power to grants temporary power to others. However it’s not that simple since she can only gives random abilities and bodies. She was unsure about her ability but numerous people wanted to try their chance and begged her. Feeling pressured and curious about her power, she used her power. Some where happy with their effect while others where complaining. She didn't use much her power at first, trying to understand it better. Once the world was at peace, she decided to manage an online shop where people can buy some pills created with her power.

Rosalyn is a calculative woman with great talker. She doesn't hesitate to speak for others for what she thinks to be right. She has strong conviction and will work hard to reach them. She's also addicted to gacha games and gambling, wich make her likes her power dispite all the problems it gives her. She's also actively looking for a husband that will complement her magic power.

Rosalyn can create magic pills that give power and a new appearance to the ones eating them. The power and appearance are randomly defined when the pill is consumed and depend on the one eating it. With some condition the effect can be partially or completely predefined. The effect last for a limited time and the transformation will be cancelled once the time runs out.
