Theodore always liked to cook since young and has a big heart as well as a big stomach. in his past, he worked at a restorant and got expelled due to repeatedly giving free food to poor people. Afterward, he became a cook in a churche of Neyla’s Order where he could help people more freely. At some point a competition took place to select a cook to work at Neyla's Sanctuary. Theodore took his chance and took part in it. The competition was hard as numerous famous cooks take part in it but he was the one chosen by Neyla despite not performing as well as professional cooks. His first task at the Order was to help Meyha, a woman who had trauma about eating, likes foods again.

Theodore is an extremely friendly man who loves to make delicious food for others. He dislikes seeing starving people and often gives food to the people in need. He loves cooking and is always researching new recipes to improve his skills. He also likes eating a lot.

Theodore can add magical energy to the food he cooks to give long lasting effects. The effect is limited by the digestive abilities of the eater, but this limit does not apply on himself.
