Neyla's Order

Neyla's chosen are individals who received Neyla's blessing. Their body were transformed in the process and they aquired magical power as well as an immortal soul protected by divin energy. The most common form is that of an elf but others species are also created by Neyla. The chosen souls are protected by divine energy, making them somewhat immortal and eternal, even protecting them from further divine alteration. However, it is uncertain they can survive in the void since even Gods don't survive it.

Their children inherit part or all the magic abilities of their parents and my sometime awaken a new combined or mutated power, however they do not receive the divin energy that protects the chosen's souls and they age normally. At birth, the newborn magic power is low and will increase naturally while growing as well as training.

The Order prone meritocracy, peace and friendly relationships while being ready to fight any threat. They are open minded, and value acceptance and altruism. However, The Order is merciless against evil and deviant mindset that may threaten peace.

The chosen mostly lives in the Sanctuary and its surronding, which looks like a fantasy version of a modern society. Television, cinema, sport, internet and more exist with a magical upgrade using newly developped magic-technogoly. In addition to technology, the chosen and their children have a strict moral education and sense of responsabilities to ensure they do not become a threat for humanity or fight among themself.

Smoking is banned and drinking is only with moderation to avoid the risk of someone with magic power being drunk.

Neyla’s Order built its territory around one of the chosen, Seika, which is a giant tree with the power to revive the chosen at its base. They build a sanctuary around it and a small town not too far away where both chosen and normal persons live. The area is located in a large forest isolated from the rest of society. The town expanded over time while adapting for the different races emerging from Neyla's blessings such as the necolies or the giants by example.

In exchange to live in peace, they guarantee to help humanity in times of need. Like it was the case with the epidemic, the south war and the chaos invasion. Moreover, some members have abilities that are really useful for specific tasks and are often asked to help for healing, investigation, lie detection or looking for survivors by exemple. Once the Order is well established, the members helps in hospitals, orphanages, security, education and more to maintaine world peace and improve humanity.

Despite their power being fixed to a set amount, they can use magic emplificators developped by Neyla's Order to increase their power. Additionaly, they have numerous magic-tech equipement they uses in their daily life, whatever it is tools, weapons or protections. Even their clothes that can adapt to their wearer and repear themself are no exception. They also different kind of magic potions like mana restoration, healing, strenghtening and more.

There are less than 200 chosen as of now, however some of them have abilities to summon or give power to others, inflating their count up to 100,000.

Moreover, As guardian of humanity, they have access to any ressource in the world of Tarna, for a total close to 7 billion humans. Among them, 2 billion are soliders and the 5 other billion are civils. The Order will avoid as much as possible to put the lives of none immortals at risk but the world is ready in case of need.
