Neyla's Order

The Order's members have to be considered as equals of humans from both point of view. By consequance they are subject to all laws relative to humans without any privilege.

The Order isn't a representative of any country and is neutral. The Order will not take a side in conflit among humans but can sometime mitigate between the opposing factions if needed.

In case of emergency threatenning Humanity, the Order will do its upmost to assist Humanity get throuth it whitout asking anything in exhange other than peace and freedom.

The chosens can't abuse their power to take adventage of others. Moreover the chosens are prohibited to use their power without a certificate from the Order unless it was unavoidable. This certificat attests that the person mastered his power and is responsive of any incident if he missuses his power.

Every new chosen has to register as the Order as soon as possible and in case of some difficulties doing so they should wait where they transformed until the Order investigation team came. The new chosen is asked to avoid using his power if not necessary to avoid creating a disaster, like by exemple setting his or her house on fire.

The Sanctuary is a place for the chosens to rest. Any intruder will be serverly punished. Moreover, the heigh density of mana at the sanctuary can be toxic for humans without powers.
