The empire was built in a way to avoid any internal conflict for future generations. The emperor of the time removed every source of conflict, like divergent quality of life, divergent languages and more. By removing all the sources of inequality and misunderstanding, the amount of conflict was greatly reduced. At first, it was considered a dictature but nobody could face the emperor and his army who collected all the relics. With time, the opposing parties one by one understood the greatness of the empire and their principle. The empire soon got no more internal conflict by resolving them peacefully with new technology and an open minded but strict education.

By putting more importance on truth and reality instead of personal opinion, the humans of the empire grew more and more open minded and pragmatic over the generations. Even the emperor follows this law and is placed under the rule of truth. In case of doubts, a temporary solution is taken and expert are tasked to find the truth.

The empire does all for the supremacy of humans in a peaceful world by putting all its energy in science and improving the quality of life of everyone without exception.

In the current age, there is no more conflit inside the empire since nobody has a bad quality of life. The only thing that could cause any discomfort to the citizens is the fact that threats exist outside of the empire.

The empire reward people working for its greatness with a meritocratic system. Each individual has right relative to usefulness to the empire, with the lowest rank being enough to live in peace. Without counting criminals which are either emprisonned and severly punished if not sentenced to death for the most horrible crimes. People who aren't working are given just enough to live in peace, but nothing more so they'll be encouraged to work. Everyone is the master of his own life and is responsable for his action.

There is no bad job, the empire high respect for manual jobs like cleaning or farming as much as scientists and office work. Being part of the army is highly valued but only the most trusted and competant people can be part of its ranks.

The empire encourage people with highter abilities to have children and dissuade the people with disabilities to have children. This is mainly do to ensure that genetic disaeas don't speard while increasing the abilities of the human race. Medical care made the natural selection a lot easier, which allow people who would have died normally to survive and procreate, putting at risk the future generation in case those medical care were suddenly stopped. Since there is a good education, this is something well understood and accepted in accross the empire. People who can't have children have priority for adoption if they are able to take care of children.

The education system puts a great important in moral value, the will to learn more and the importance of humanity before one self. Very strict but open minded. There is a strong push toward higher education and science while not discreminating against manual jobs that are very important for the stability of the empire.

Every resources neccessary on a daily basis is owned by the empire which redistributes them to its citizens with a fair system, rewarding everyone who participates in the empire's greatness. To avoid needless conflict, this meritocracy does not discard anyone and offers a peaceful life to each and every one of its citizens with criminal as the only exeption. Moreover, there isn’t a lot of value over inheritance as everything belong to the empire. It is generally expected for children to do his job properly to keep his inheritance.

The empire is led by an emperor and a council which makes decisions for the best of the empire's future and will never put any personal interest on the line. Everything is about keeping a good balance and there is no conflict allowed in the council. They are working in collaboration with each his domain of expertise and group of experts.

The emperor is a human recognized by the empire to be the most optimal person to lead the humans to a better future. Since its youth, a potential emperor receive a special education that make him understand about everything in the world that could help him improve the empire in an open minded way. There is a strict selection process with multiple tests to ensure the selected emperor is the most competant for his job. Even for Epytos, the eternal emperor who found a way to keep his youth, has to go through those tests every few years to check if he hasn't lost his mind.

The council is here to help the emperor to make decisions. A human can't be perfect and anyone can make a mistake, the council is here to avoid that. Only by communicating with other open minded people can someone make the best decision. The council is composed of the best representatives of each branch of the empire like the army management, resources management, technology, quality of life and more.

There aren't a lot of social classes in the empire since they are not inherited and every human is able to reach the top if they have the capacity to do so. A system with social classes will only prevent potential great people from shining and it would be a loss for the empire. So, everyone born as an equal and only their own achievement makes them climb in the society. Even the children of the emperor are no exception to this rule. Everyone is equal at birth, but nobody is equal in life. However, the family of the important figures of the empire receive a special protection to allow the person to focus on his tasks with a clear mind.

Even if the military training is mandatory, only the volunteers will partake in the battles. More so with the coming of new technology which offers powerful but scarce equipment. A young soldier equipped with an exo-armor is as strong as a hundred veterans without armors. As a military meritocracy, the empire doesn't have enough armor for every volunteer. The soldiers without armor still have the possibility to get some fame by assisting the army in the back like managing the camp, analyzing data and more.

The army is divided in different ranks, going from a simple trainee up to the strong and glorified generals. Each rank has a different level of exo-armor.

The human race is the most present in Lostria with more than 320 million person. Among them, 200 million are civils and 120 million are part of the army.
